做好选稿工作是办好科技期刊的首要环节,是遏制审稿失范,提高稿件质量的先决要素,也是责任编辑发挥主观能动性的最佳阵地。责任编辑选稿的主要任务是优选稿件,正确送审。稿件的选送在以质量取胜的原则下还应考虑其他因素的影响,因而应对稿件进行立体多维审视,优化组合选送,从而提高选稿工作的有效性和科学性。

Selecting manuscripts is the primary mission of sci-tech periodicals,and the prerequisite element to improve manuscript quality.Editors' main task is to choose outstanding manuscripts and then send them to reviewers correctly.To select under the principle of good quality we should consider other influence,so we should scrutinize the manuscripts from the stereoscopic and multi-dimension angle,and optimize grouping selects,thus raise validity and scientificity of selecting manuscripts.
