青年编辑在工作中存在的问题主要有:经验不足,技能生疏;易浮躁,对自身角色定位不清。其根本原因是青年编辑缺少与编辑工作相适应的文化素养。编辑工作的性质决定了文化素养在青年编辑成长过程中的重要性:文化素养是首要条件,文化自觉理念更是思想保证。因此,青年编辑所在单位或部门应重视对其文化素养的培养。与此同时,青年编辑自己也必须充分发挥个体的主观能动性去提高文化素养。

The problems of young editors' work are mainly lack of experience,skills rusty,easy blundering,unclear about their roles.Lacking cultural accomplishment fitted in well with editing is the fundamental reason.The nature of editing determines the importance of cultural accomplishment in the process of young editors' growth and development.Cultural accomplishment is the first and foremost,and a vision of cultural self-consciousness is an ideological guarantee.Therefore,the unit or department should pay attention to the cultivation of cultural accomplishment of young editors,at the same time,young editors must also give full play to their own individual initiative to improve the cultural accomplishment.
