摘要
讨论目前科技期刊青年编辑的现状和特点,提出科技期刊青年编辑应该具有的素质,在此基础上,探讨科技期刊青年编辑的培养方略,以使青年成为合格的编辑人才。
The current situation and characteristics of young editors of sci-tech periodicals are discussed.The quality that young editors of sci-tech periodicals should have is presented.On the basis,how to train young editors of sci-tech periodicals is explored in order to make the youth become qualified editors.
