摘要
本文研究了痕量 Ｐｂ（ １１）对 Ｈ_２Ｏ_２氧化鲁米诺一邻菲啰啉产生强的化学发光反应，以邻菲啰啉为增强剂， Ｐｂ（ １１）的检出限为 ２． ８ ｘ １０－６ｍｇ／ｍＬ，工作曲线响应浓度范围在 ｌｘ １０－５～ １ｘ １０－３ｍｇ／ｍＬ，测定 ５ ｘ １０－４ｍｇ／ｍＬＰｂ（１１）离子相对标准偏差为３．２％，化学发光法检测萤石中微量铅可获得满意结果。
A sensitive and selective analytical method has been developped for determination of trace amount of Ph(l 1 ), it bases on luminol - l, 10 - phen. - H2O2 - Ph(11 ) chemiluminesence system. The detection limit of the method is 2. 8 x 10 -6mg/mL of Ph (11 ). The relative standard deviation is less than 3. 2%. 'foe method has been applied to determination of Ph(11 ) in fluorite with satisfactory results.
