摘要
本文研究了痕量 Pb( 11)对 H_2O_2氧化鲁米诺一邻菲啰啉产生强的化学发光反应,以邻菲啰啉为增强剂, Pb( 11)的检出限为 2. 8 x 10-6mg/mL,工作曲线响应浓度范围在 lx 10-5~ 1x 10-3mg/mL,测定 5 x 10-4mg/mLPb(11)离子相对标准偏差为3.2%,化学发光法检测萤石中微量铅可获得满意结果。
A sensitive and selective analytical method has been developped for determination of trace amount of Ph(l 1 ), it bases on luminol - l, 10 - phen. - H2O2 - Ph(11 ) chemiluminesence system. The detection limit of the method is 2. 8 x 10 -6mg/mL of Ph (11 ). The relative standard deviation is less than 3. 2%. 'foe method has been applied to determination of Ph(11 ) in fluorite with satisfactory results.
