解决教师教育与基础教育课程改革脱节问题的尝试

教师教育作为基础教育的基础,其发展必须与基础教育发展相匹配。然而,目前我国存在较为严重的教师教育与基础教育课程改革相脱节的问题。产生这一问题原因是多方面的。解决这一问题的有效策略是:树立教师教育新理念、统整教师教育课程内容、改革教师教育方法和加强教师专业素养的培养,实现教师教育与基础教育课程改革在理念上的对接、课程上的衔接、方式上的互动及实践上的融合。

Act as foundation elementary education ,teacher education＇s development match with elementary education. However, there existing serious problems of comes apart between teacher education and elementary education curriculum reform in China, reasons are various, and there are some ways to solve it：setting up new idea of teacher education, making uniform teacher educa- tion curriculum contents,reform ways of teacher education and strengthen raises of specialized accomplishment, realize teacher education fusion with elementary education curriculum in idea docking, in curriculum engagement, and in the way interaction and practices fusion.
