新建地方本科院校实施“质量工程”存在的问题与对策探究

Study on the Problems and Solutions of Quality Project's Implementation in Newly-built Local Universities

本文在分析"质量工程"实施中存在的主要问题及其原因的基础上,对如何提高"质量工程"成效问题提出四个方面的对策与建议,一是形成目标管理与动态管理相结合的"质量工程"管理运行机制;二是建立分级管理、分级负责的"质量工程"建设经费保障制度;三是强化、落实"重视教学"的"质量工程"评价标准;四是构建"质量工程"项目类型不断丰富、完善的补充机制。

Newly--built loeal universities have achieved more remarkable results since the implementation of quality project, but there are some issues to resolve. This requires newly- built local universities servicing the loeal economic and social development objectives, with emphasis on improving training quality of applied talents;take form the quality project management system of the combination target management with dynamic management ;establish the security systems of quality project funds which are grading management and classifying responsible; strengthen the valuation standard of paying attention to teaching; build improved complementary mechanism of quality project type.
