Actual Challenges and Countermeasures for Capabilities of Ideological Teachers under New Situation

事业成败,国之兴衰,系为教育。而高校思想政治课教师的基本素质则是影响高等教育发展和人才培养的关键所在,尤其是在实施"科教兴国"、"人才强国"战略和建设创新型国家的新形势下,结合新时期我国高校实施素质教育的实际,寻找高校政治课教师加强自身教育和修养、提高自身素质能力的途径尤为重要。

Cause, ups and downs of the country is of great relation to education. Talents and capabilities of ideological teachers plays an important and key role in personnel growth and educational development. On reference of revitalization relying on sci- ence and education and on talents,this paper aims at research in the ways of eapabilitiy and accomplishment promotion among the ideological teachers,connecting our education for all--round development policy.
