Formation and Cultivation of the Basic Quality of Skilled Talents

随着我国经济社会的发展,技能型人才的培养受到了前所未有的重视,人们普通认为,高职和中职,特别是高职院校是培养高技能型人才的阵地,笔者认同这种观点,但本文主要想探索的是技能型人才在进入高职院校学习之前,所应具备的基本素质和全社会对技能型人才基本素质的培育功能。

Along with China＇s economic and social development, the cultivation for the skilled talents have been attached the unprecedentedly grand importance. People normally believed that, the high and middle vocational colleges, especially the high voca- tional colleges are the place for cultivating high skilled talents. The author agrees with this point of view, but this article mainly wants to probe the basic quality possessed by the skilled talents before they studied in the high vocational college,and to probe the cultivation function of the whole society to the basic quality of the skilled talents.
