摘要 针对湖南某冶炼厂湿法炼锌渣,采用热酸浸出和浮选的方法回收锌,热酸浸出锌浸出率为75.3%,浸出率不理想,主要是因为浸出渣中还有少量硫化锌,通过浮选处理热酸浸出渣,浮选硫化锌回收率达89.4%,精矿品位18.2%。 Recovering zinc from hydrometallurgical slag is investigated in This article,the slag is from a smelter in Hunan.through the leaching method in high concentration of sulfuric acid at high temperature,the zinc leaching rate is 75%,the leaching rate is low,the main reason is that the slag also has a few ZnS,flotation processing is carried on to the high temperature high acid leaching slag.obtained the ore concentrate rate 18.2%,the recovery was 89.4%.
