摘要
在我国的上市公司MB0被叫停的情况下,各种曲线MB0层出不穷。然而,在实际实施过程中,我国上市公司曲线MBO存在着诸多问题,本文讨论并提出了解决的建议,以加强对上市公司曲线MBO的监管。
MBO of the listed company had been called off by our government.On this conditions,Many kinds of curved MBO have appeared in our country.There are many problems of carrying curved MBO in the listed companies of our country.This aticle discusses the relevent problems and brings out the sugguestions in order to inhence the supervision of the curved MBO.
