提高高职院校学报编辑人员素质的思考

On Improving the Quality of Journal Editorial Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前高职院校学报编辑人员大多专业不对口,编龄相对较短;人员编制普遍较少,人手严重不足;编辑缺乏成就感,工作热情不高;业务学习机会少,编辑水平有待提高。因此,应提高编辑政治理论素养,适当增加编辑人员数量,充分调动编辑工作热情,不断提高学报编辑人员综合素质。

At present,the works of the editorial staff in higher vocational colleges do not match their majors,their working history is relatively short and the editors are short in number.Due to lack sense of achievement and study,as well as lack of working enthusiasm,it is very important to improve the quality of the editorial staff.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the editorial staff＇s political quality,properly increase the number of the staff,and fully arouse their working enthusiasm to improve their comprehensive quality.
