摘要
河南是全国农业大省。河南省部分新农保试点县市实施过程中存在诸如宣传力度不够、参保率低、资金筹集不足、支付水平低、弹性不足等问题。为解决农村居民养老问题,迫切需要建立新型农村社会养老保险体系。
Henan is the major agricultural province.there are many problems in the new rural social pension insurance in Henan,for example,not enough propaganda,low participate rate,inadequate funding,ect.It is urgent to establish a new rural social pension insurance system in order to solve the old-age pension in rural.
