摘要
有机电致发光二极管(organic light-emitting diodes,OLED)在过去十多年中间获得了长足的发展,有望成为下一代高效固态光源。器件结构的改进和优化,新型材料的设计和合成以及电致磷光材料的普遍使用,使得目前WOLED的能量效率已经超过了传统的白炽光源。指出了OLED研究中的主要技术瓶颈,并对OLED技术在照明领域面临的机遇和挑战做出评述。
Organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) have made great progress over the last two decades and these devices are now being considered as efficient solid-state lighting sources.Recently,the power efficiencies of OLEDs have surpassed those of conventional incandescent sources because of the improvements and optimizations in device structures,design and synthesis of novel materials,and the application of electrophosphorescent emitters.The main technical knots are discussed in this paper.The opportunities and challenges to their future development are also noted.
