妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的护理及防治

Nursing of complication with gynecological laparoscopic operation and its prevention and treatment

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术并发症的护理及防治。方法:回顾性分析我院妇科腹腔镜术后并发症患者的护理及预防措施。结果:皮下气肿1例,肩背部疼痛及肋下疼痛3例,穿刺处渗血4例,麻醉术后并发症2例。结论:并发症的护理重点在预防、早期发现、早处理和有效的心理护理。

Objective：To evaluate the complications of laparoscopic surgery care and prevention. Retrospective analysis of postoperative complications of laparoscopic gynecological hospital patient care and preventive measures. Results：1 case of subcutaneous emphysema,3 eases of shoulder and back pain and r ibs pain, 4 cases of puncture bleeding, 2 cases of anesthesia complications in 376 cases of laparoscopic surgery. Conclusion： The care of complications after gynecological laparoscopic surgery focused on prevention, early detection, early treatment and effective psychological care.
