复材表面电弧离子镀镀铝膜性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了减小复材天线反射器在高频段的反射损耗,利用电弧离子镀膜技术在其表面镀Al膜。用万能拉伸测试仪、表面轮廓仪、SEM、XPS、XRD、Z-82数字式四探针测试仪对其性能进行评价。发现薄膜致密、均匀、形成晶体结构,导电性能接近块体Al材。通过XPS研究发现,组成薄膜的金属元素和基底中的氧、碳等元素发生了反应。在拉拔试验中,复材基底成分层状脱落,薄膜和复材基底附着完好。说明组成薄膜的Al元素在界面处和基底材料发生反应,形成化学键,提高了附着力。 The surfaces of the carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) in a sandwich reflector were modified with aluminum coatings, deposited by arc ion plating, to reduce its reflective losses. The microstructures, properties and stoichiometries of the aluminum films were characterized with X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and conventional mechanical probes. The results show that the high quality aluminum films, grown on CFRP substrate, significantly increases the CFRP surface conductivity almost up to that of the bulk aluminum, and that strong adhesion exists at the interface of the Al films and the CFRP substrate. Possible mechanism responsible for the strong interfacial adhesion was tentatively discussed.
