摘要
基于自制的气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用(GC-TOF MS)分析系统,研发了所需的传输接口及电子轰击(EI)源。随后,对自制EI源及离子传输系统进行了离子光学调谐的模拟试验,以保证GC-TOF MS系统的灵敏度。最后,通过对标准气体的检测,对所研发的传输接口,EI源及离子传输系统的性能进行了试验论证。其结果表明,仪器分辨率优于1000,对CO2检测限达1×10-5,满足了多数GC-MS的分析需求。
A novel type of the electron impact (EI) source with a dedicated transmission interface has been successfully developed for the analytical platform of the gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF MS). And the lab-made EI and the ion transfer system were experimentally simulated by ion optical tuning to ensure the sensitivity of the GC-TOF MS. In addition, the performance of the lab-buih transmission interface, El source, and ion transfer system was experimentally evaluated by means of the standard gas detection. The results show that the resolution of the newly-developed setup is better than 1000,with the detection limit up to 1 × 10-5 for carbon dioxide.
