摘要 本文介绍了一种应用光学传感器和幅度调制技术进行外周动脉中脉搏波测量的原理、测量电路以及数据分析系统,利用指端脉搏波的FFT功率谱分析心搏和呼吸的频率特性,并判断心率的稳定性。 An optical sensor and detecting device was used in combination with the amplitude modulation technique to measure the changes of transmissive light related to the pulse wave in the artery,so that the pulse wave in the peripheral artery could be measured continuously, and nonivasively.The FFT power spectra demonstrated two characteristic peak values. One was related to the heart beat (the frequency Fabout 1Hz), another was related to the breath the frequeny F (about 0.3Hz) From the Eigenvalue of FFT power spectra for pulse wave in digital-end artery, the heart rate and breath rate could be calculated, It was found that under Qigong function both the heart and respiratory rates were reduced, and the power peaks of both were markedly increased. The purpose of these study was to establish the potentiality of this technique in clinical application.
