摘要
针对丙酮一步法生产MIBK装置的副产物(丙酮、异丙醇、水、MIBK混合物),采用间歇精馏分离得到纯度大于98%的丙酮、纯度大于99%的异丙醇和水恒沸物、纯度大于90%的MIBK。对分离得到的纯度大于99%的异丙醇和水恒沸物用乙二醇作为萃取剂进行萃取精馏分离得到纯度99.5%异丙醇,同时减压精馏回收乙二醇。
This article is mainly directing towards the byproducts acetone, Isopropanol, waste water, MIBK mixture eg. which were manufactured by MIBK plant with acetone onestep method. The MIBK plant adopts the distillation and seperation methods and could get the MIBK product (purity above 90 %), acetone (purity above 98 %) and azeotrope with isopropanol (purity above 99 % ) and waste water from the by-product. As to the azeotrope, it could be treated under the method of extraction, distillation and seperation with ethylene glycol as extracting agent.It could get the isopropanol (purity above 99.5 %) from the process and could recycle the ethylene glycol at decompression condition simultaneously.
