摘要
针对某天然气处理厂设计负荷为150 m^3/d的甲醇回收装置运行不稳定、操作难度大等问题,通过现场采集精馏塔的运行数据和Pro/Ⅱ化工软件模拟相结合的方法,找出装置运行中存在的主要问题在于甲醇回收精馏塔长期在低负荷、低醇含量下操作时操作点接近漏液线造成装置运行不稳定,难以达到处理要求。根据处理厂甲醇污水水质及甲醇回收精馏塔的实际情况,利用软件模拟不同操作工况下塔的运行情况,优化了精馏塔的运行参数并提出了稳定运行的对策,保证了精馏塔的高效、平稳运行。
In a natural gas treatment plant , There is a unit , design load of 150 m3/d , for revovering methanol. The operation of this unit is unstable and difficult. Through collecting the operating parameters and using the simulation software pro/Ⅱ , we found out that the main problem was that the operation point was close to leak point causing the unit unstable when the distillation column was operated in low load feed containing low methanol . According to the sewage's properties and the column's fact, different column operation parameters was simulated and the parameters was optimized at the same time . Strategy is provided to ensure the unit operating stably and efficiently.
