摘要
通过验算设计参数,分析03B002E01出口温度超标原因,发现03B002E01设计热负荷计算有误,换热面积设计选取过大,造成超温,提出减少换热面积增加热负荷是降低03B002E01出口温度的主要途径。
Checks the design data, analyzes the reasons for the overheating at the exit of 03B002E01,and finds out that the miscalculation of the designed heat duty and too large heat exchange area lead to the overheating,then proposes that decreasing heat exchange area and increasing heatduty are the main methods to lower down the exit temperature of 03B002E01.
