摘要
介绍了挤压成形的工艺特点,通过对凹球面挤压成形过程的数值模拟仿真,分析其成形的可行性,找出影响挤压成形的关键因素,针对其成形特点,设计合理的工艺,对该零件的生产应用具有极大的指导意义。
It introduces characteristics of Extrusion process, and analyzes the feasibility of forming by simulating numerical value on extrusion processes of concave spherical surface. It identifies the key factors of influencing extrusion, and designs reasonable process for it.
