摘要
探讨分析化学实验半微量化的可能性。采用的方法是将参加分析化学实验的学生分成两组,一组按照常规方法进行实验,一组按照设计的半微量方法进行实验,比较两组的实验结果,并进行统计检脸。经统计方法检验,两种方法的实验结果没有显著性差异。结论说明分析化学实验半微量化是可行的,不仅有利于培养学生的基本实验操作技能,而且能够节约教学资源,减少环境污染。
It explores the possibility of semi -micro test on analytical chemistry experiment. Methods: students who participate in the experiment are divided into two groups, one group does the experiment in conventional method, and the other is semi -micro method according to the experiment design, then compares the two groups experimental results and makes the statistical examination. Results: there is no significant difference in two methods. Conclusion: The semi - micro test of analytical chemistry experiment is feasible. And it not only helps to cultivate students'basic skills of test operation, and but also saves teaching resources, and reduces environmental pollution
