摘要
近年来越来越多的高职毕业生对自己未来的职业发展感到很渺茫,甚至不知道自己喜欢干什么,适合干什么,因此无从选择就业方向,导致了就业不稳定和有业不就的现象。霍兰德职业兴趣理论及霍兰德职业人格测试在一定程度上可以帮助学生看清自己的性格,了解自己的能力倾向,提高自我认知能力,选择正确的职业,有助于就业指导教师开展就业指导教育工作,改善就业不稳定和有业不就的现象。
Holland Vocational Interest Theory and Holland vocational personality test can help students see their own character and ability tendency, improve serf - cognition and choose a right career. It also helps the teachers who engage employment guidance to conduct the work of career guidance education.
