摘要 目的探讨载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病(AD)、血管性痴呆(VD)和轻度认知损害(MCI)的关系。方法收集AD、VD及MCI患者外周血检测ApoE基因型,进行χ2检验。结果所有患者中ε3/ε3基因型所占比例最大,未检测到ε2/ε2及ε4/ε4基因型。AD组ε3/ε4基因型(P=0.001)及ε4基因(P=0.013)高于MCI组。VD组ε4基因高于MCI组(P=0.044)。结论 ApoEε4基因与AD的关系最为密切,是AD的危险因素。但其与VD和MCI的关系尚需进一步研究。 Objective To explore the Apolipoprotein-E(ApoE)gene polymorphism in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD),vascular dementia(VD)or mild cognitive impairment(MCI).MethodsPeripheral blood was taken from patient with AD,VD or MCI to determine the ApoE genotypes.ResultsThe most of the patients were ε3/ε3 genotype,while the ε2/ε2 and ε4/ε4 could not be detected.ε3/ε4 genotype(P=0.001)and ApoE ε4 allele(P=0.013)was more frequent in AD than in MCI.ApoE ε4 was more frequent in VD than in MCI(P=0.044).ConclusionApoE ε4 allele is a risk factor in AD,and may be associated with VD and MCI.
