摘要
本文对庆大霉素链珠进行了多项生物学考查,结果表明:浸液对小白鼠无毒性(静脉给药),庆大霉素链珠粉LD50值为7000mg/kg体重(小鼠腹腔给药),属于基本无毒类物质。对皮肤粘膜无刺激,无热原、体外溶血率小于5%;对造血干细胞有刺激作用,骨體嗜多染红细胞微核率无增加。对皮下及骨组织无刺激反应。因此认为庆大霉素链珠有较好的生物相容性。
The toxicological research on the Gentamicin PMMA beads given intraperitoneally in powder to mouse showed that its LD_(50) was 7000mg/kg manifesting low toxicity. No irritation was observed with any of its extracts, which was also nonpyrogenic. Its rate of haemolysis was>5% and haemopoietic stem cell-sculture demonstrated mild stimulation. The number of micronucleated RBC of the bone morrow was not increased. These results showed that the chain of Gentamicin PMMA beads had excellent biocompatibility.Three methods of cell culture with Gentamicin PMMA bead extract demonstreted that the cell growth rate and the hemopoietic stem cell were not affected, in comparison with the controls, indicating it to be non-toxic or inhibitoyto cell growth.
