摘要
本文通过对氨化硅结合碳化硅窑具材料生产的介绍，阐述了生产工艺流程、生产工艺原理，同时综述了氮化硅结合碳化硅窑具材料近几年在国内、欧洲及世界的使用情况。作为现代窑具的替代产品，Ｓｔ３Ｎ４－ＳｉＣ具有较强的生命力。
