经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生

Transurethral Plasma Resection of the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hhyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道等离子双极电切术(PKRP)治疗高龄高危前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和疗效.方法采用PKRP治疗高龄高危BPH患者120例,随访3～12月.结果手术时间40～200min,平均90min,无TURS发生.术后排尿功能恢复良好,围手术期无患者死亡.IPSS评分由术前的23.5分下降到术后的7.5分.QOL评分由术前的5.1分下降到术后的2.2分.结论应用经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗高龄高危BPH安全性高,见效快.采用个性化治疗方案,加强术前调整,做好术后处理是保证围手术期安全的关键.
