摘要目的探讨颈动脉内膜剥脱术的护理配合.方法分析27例颈动脉内膜剥脱手术的护理配合效果.结果全部患者均治愈出院,无伤口感染和手术并发症.结论手术室护士术前对患者进行一定的心理疏导,术中熟练的配合,严格的无菌操作,以及高度的责任心,是使手术能够顺利进行,提高手术成功率的重要保证. Objective To explore the role of operating nurse during Carotid endarterectomy.Method The co-operation procedure by operating nurse of 27 cases underwent carotid endarterectomy were analysed.Results All cases without wound infection and complications.Conclusion It is an important guarantee for improve the success rate of operation to preoperative patients with a certain degree of psychological counseling,close and skillful cooperation,Strict aseptic technique and responsible work attitude for operating room nurses.
