太阳辐射下弦支穹顶叠合拱结构的温度效应 被引量:18

摘要 编制程序分析了茌平体育馆弦支穹顶叠合拱结构中室外钢拱在太阳辐射下温度场分布规律,结果显示太阳辐射下钢拱温度场为非均匀温度场,截面温度梯度和杆件平均温度较高.采用考虑太阳辐射影响的温度场研究了弦支穹顶叠合拱结构的温度效应,得到夏季太阳辐射对结构的温度变形和温度应力影响极大,且考虑太阳辐射影响的温度荷载为结构的控制荷载等重要结论.对支座约束刚度、钢拱合拢温度、钢拱刚度等影响弦支穹顶叠合拱温度变形和温度应力的参数进行了参数分析,研究表明,支座约束刚度对支座反力影响极大,但对结构温度变形和温度应力影响较小,钢拱合拢温度和钢拱刚度取值对结构的温度变形和温度应力影响极大. A program has been developed to analyze the distribution rules of temperature field of outdoor steel arches in the suspendome with stacked arch structure in Chiping gymnasium considering solar radiation.Analysis results show that the temperature field of steel arches is non-uniform,and temperature gradient in member sections and average temperature in members are relatively high.Temperature effect of suspendome with stacked arch structure has been analyzed considering solar radiation,from which it is concluded that the temperature load in summer consider-ing solar radiation has greact effect on thermal deflection and thermal stress of the structure and serves as the control load for this new structure system.Parametic analysis has been carried out for parameters that have effect on thermal deflection and thermal stress of the suspendome with stacked arch,such as restraint stiffness of bearing,healing temperature and global stiffness of arches.Analysis results indicate that restraint stiffness of bearing has great impact on the reaction force yet has less impact on thermal deflection and thermal stress of the structure.In addition,healing temperature and global stiffness of steel arches have great effect on thermal deflection and thermal stress of the struc-ture.
