摘要
我国集成电路产业起步于60年代中期,目前已形成六大主干企业,1997年的产量为14亿块,1998年为15亿块,其中大规模集成电路有10亿块。我国是集成电路的消费大国,但应用水平还有待提高。
China's integrated circuit industry started from the mid. of 60s and now it has had 6 large mainstay enterprises with the production output reaching 1,400 million pieces of IC in 1997, 1,500 million in 1998 and among them 1,000 million are large integrated - circuits. China is a big IC consumption country in the world, but its application level remains much to be raised.
