摘要
目的探讨血液肿瘤患者PICC置管术后出血与血小板计数的关系。方法对76例血液肿瘤患者施行PICC置管,根据置管前、置管后1d血小板计数分为两组,血小板计数<20×109/L为实验组,血小板计数>20×109/L为对照组。比较两组患者置管后0h、1h、2h、24h的出血程度。结果两组不同时间出血程度比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论血液肿瘤患者血小板计数<20×109/L行PICC置管未显著增加出血程度,PICC置管可作为减轻血液肿瘤患者反复穿刺疼痛及减少化疗药物外渗发生率的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the correlation of hemorrhage and platelet count in patients with hematological malignancies after PICC placement.Methods Seventy-six patients with hematological malignancies receiving PICC placement were divided into two groups according to platelet count （PLT〈20×10^9/L vs.〉20×10^9/L）.Severity of hemorrhage was measured at such time points as 0,1,2,24 h after PICC placement.Results The severity of hemorrhage showed no significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05 for all）.Conclusion Placement of PICC does not worsen bleeding in hematological malignancy patients with PLT〈20×10^9/L.It is an effective method for hematological malignancy patients to relieve pain of repeated venipuncture and decrease incidence of extravasation of chemotherapy drugs.
