摘要
取南钢转炉厂当前使用的Ca-Si线制成2个样品,采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)仪检测分析这2个样品中主要元素及其化合态的结合能。通过检测得出该样品的主要元素为Si,Ca,O,C,H;样品1中元素的主要化合态为Si,SiO2,CaO,CaSi2,CaSiO3,Ca2SiO4,CaCO3,Ca(OH)2,C;样品2中元素的主要化合态为Si,SiO2,CaO,CaSiO3,Ca2SiO4,CaCO3,Ca(OH)2,C。研究发现该Ca-Si线存在成份分布不均、部分被氧化等问题,影响喂线的实际效率。
The two samples of line powder were made by Ca-Si wire at the converter plant in Nanjing Iron and Steel United Co.Ltd.The composition and combination configuration of the two samples was examined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) detection instrument.The main elements of Si,Ca,O,C and H were confirmed and showed that the combination configuration of the fisrt sample consists mainly of CaO,Si,SiO2,Ca2SiO4,CaSi2,CaSiO3,CaCO3,Ca(OH)2 and C and the second sample consists mainly of CaO,Si,SiO2,Ca2SiO4,CaSiO3,CaCO3,,Ca(OH)2 and C.Ca-Si wire exists non-uniformity and partial oxidation,which is affected on the actual efficiency.of feeding line.
