摘要
利用高速数据采集装置,记录钢在冷却过程中的温度—时间曲线,根据钢在转变过程中相变潜热的释放规律,对测定的数据进行处理和分析,取得钢在冷却过程中过冷奥氏体的相变温度。通过淬火实验对测量和分析的过冷奥氏体相变温度进行验证,验证的结果与利用高速数据采集系统标定的相变温度吻合。
Temperature-Time curve was recorded by high speed data collection system.Based on the release of transformation latent,the data recorded was treated and analyzed,subsequently the temperature for phase transformation was obtained.Phase transformation temperatures of under cooled austenite analyzed were experimentally validated by quenching experiments.Temperature analyzed was good agreement with that obtained from experiments.
