摘要
针对棉织物抗皱性能差的缺点,采用壳聚糖对棉织物进行后整理以提高其抗皱性能。通过改变壳聚糖用量、焙烘温度等工艺参数,对棉织物进行二浸二轧整理。经正交试验得到抗皱整理的工艺条件为:壳聚糖(CS)质量分数为0.10%(o.w.f);柠檬酸(CA)质量分数为9%;磷酸氢二钠(DAP)与柠檬酸的摩尔比为1:1;三乙醇胺(TEA)质量分数为4%;渗透剂JFC 2 mL/L;焙烘温度170℃;焙烘时间2.5 min。经壳聚糖整理后的棉织物抗皱性能明显提高,且整理后织物具有良好的抗菌性能和较好的耐洗涤性能。
Aiming at the shortcoming of wrinkle resistance of the cotton fabric,chitosan was used to improve its property.The cotton fabrics were treated with chitosan by double-dip-double-nip process varying such parameters as the concentration of chitosan,curing temperature and so on.The orthogonal assays and analyses yielded a process with the conditions as follows: chitosan 0.10%(o.w.f),citric acid 9%(o.w.f),n(DAP):n(CA)=1:1,triethanolamine 4%,JFC 2 mL/L and baking 2.5 min at 170 ℃.The anti-wrinkle property of the fabric enhanced distinctly,and has good anti-bacterial effective as well as durable washing fastness.
