摘要
采用共聚和复合乳化技术，合成了 ＶＡＣ／ＢＡ自交联型高速卷烟搭口胶粘剂。小试、中试生产表明，产品具有干燥速度快、稳定性高、耐寒性能优良、粘贴平滑等特点，适用于车速在５０００－９０００支／分钟范围的高速卷烟搭口粘接使用。
The lap adhesive of VAc/BA self-cross linking copolymer emulsion suited for high cigarette-making speed was syn- thesized using the process technology of copolymerization and composite emulsification. The product has, high drying speed and stability, good freeze resistance etc., even when the speed of eigarette machine is up to 5000 - 9000 count/ min.
