摘要
在实际生产生活中滑动摩擦和滚动摩擦更为常见。滑动摩擦产生的主要是粘着效应和犁沟效应产生阻力的总和。滚动摩擦产生的原因为微观滑动,塑性形变,弹性滞后,粘着效应的总和,不同情况各种因素所起的作用不同。现代机械设备中许多摩擦体在高速、高温、低温、真空等特殊工况下工作,它们的摩擦特性不同于一般工况下的摩擦。
Glide friction and roll friction is more familiar in practical production and living, the main reason of glide friction are conjunct resistance of effect of agglutination and effect of furrow, the main reason of roll friction are conjunct effect microcosmic glide, plasticity shape change, elasticity hysteresis and effect of agglutination. All kinds of factors bring different influences. Many friction objects of modern machine are in especial condition, such as high speed, high temperature, low temperature, vaccum, ect. Their friction characteristics is differ from generic friction, the main factor that influences friction coefficient is temperature.
