关于P16在大肠癌组织中表达的实验研究

Study on expression of p16 gene in colon tumors

目的检测p16蛋白在大肠癌中的缺失情况及与病理分型和临床分期的关系,探索p16基因转染对大肠癌细胞各期的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测p16蛋白在96例大肠癌患者中的表达。结果与结论(1)p16蛋白的缺失在大肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用,P<0.05。(2) p16蛋白表达与大肠癌分化程度和临床分期有关,随着病理分型及临床分期的变化,p16蛋白在组织中的表达也随之改变。

Objective To examinate the deletion of pl6 protein in colorectal cancer and correlations to pathological typing and clinical periods, to eluminate the effect of P16 gene transfection to the cell stage of colorectal carcinoma. Methods The immunohistoehemical method was used to detect the expression of in 96 cases of eolorectal carcinoma. Results and Conclusions （ 1 ） It is the important that the loss of the pl6 protein in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma,P 〈0.05. （2） The expression of p16 protein is related to pathological typing and clinical periods. With variety of pathological typing and clinical periods, the expression of p16 protein was more and more low,p16 has also changes.
