帕罗西汀合并阿立哌唑治疗躯体形式障碍临床分析

Clinical analysis of Paroxetine merger Aripiprazole treatment somatoform disorder.

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗躯体形式障碍的疗效。方法将45例服用帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿立哌唑（合用组）与43例原用帕罗西汀患者（单用组），从药物的起效时间，症状改善时间，治疗后症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分，及治疗中出现的症状量表（麟）评定疗效及不良反应以及功能失调性态度问卷（DAS）进行评定。结果合用组在治疗起效与症状改善时间上均较单用组快；治疗后SCL-90某些因子分两组差异有显著性，合用组依从性好。结论帕罗西汀联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗躯体形式障碍疗效好。

Objective Discussion of Paroxetine in combination with small dose Aripiprazale treatment somatoform disorder. Methods Contrasting 45 patients taking Paroxetine in combination with small dose Aripiprazole （Combined treatment group） and 43 eases only Paroxetine patients （ Single group） ,from the use of the drug effect - acting period, the improvement of symptoms and treatment time after symptoms, and self -evaluation rating scale 90（ SCL- 90）, use treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） and dysfunction attitude scale（DAS） to assess the efficacy and adverse reactions in the treatment. Results Combined treatment group effect - acting period and the improvement of symptoms than single group in time. After treatment, some factors of SCL - 90 have significant differences, the compliance of the combined treatment group is better. Conclusion Paroxetine in combination with small dose Aripiprazole treatment somatoform disorder has good curative effect.
