高危妇科手术160例临床分析

High - risk clinical analysis of 160 cases of gynecological surgery.

目的探讨提高高龄及具有严重合并症患者妇科手术成功率和减少手术并发症的有效措施。方法对160例高龄妇女和具有危重合并症妇女妇科手术的术前、术中、术后认真处理，正规内科治疗，并进行回顾性分析。结果160例中159例康复出院，术后产生并发症25例，发生率为15．62％，死亡1例，死于阿-斯氏综合征。结论高龄、危重症并非手术禁忌证，正规内科治疗是手术成功的保证。

Objective To study the age and gynecological surgery patients with serious complications and success rate of effective measures to reduce complications. Methods 160 cases of elderly women and women with severe complications of gynecologic surgery preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative seriously, regular medical treatment, and analyzed retrospectively. Results 160 cases, 159 cases discharged, postoperative complications disease 25 cases, the rate was 15.62%, and 1 died, died in a Sri Lanka A＇s syndrome. Conclusion The elderly, critically ill patients are not surgical contraindieations, regular medical treatment to ensure successful operation.
