接地系统与人身电击保护

摘要 低压配电设计确定接地系统后,还需考虑电气装置的基本保护和故障保护,以防止人身直接接触电击和间接接触电击。建筑物内电气装置、一些户外及特殊场合的电气装置,除考虑基本保护和故障保护外,还需要附加保护以确保人身安全。笔者通过对IEC60364-4-41新修订标准的理解,说明了基本保护、故障保护和附加保护三者的关系。通过对接地系统的分析,阐述了对设备选型、电击防护措施、自动切断电源等条款的理解。 In order to protect the personal direct and indirect electric shock, after the grounding system in the low voltage power distribution system design was determined, the basic protection and fault protection of electric equipment should also be considered. The electric equipment in building and some outdoor place, special occasion should not only have the basic protection and fault protection but also set up the additional protection to protect personal safety. According to the technical exchange with Euro experts and understanding of IEC 60364-4-4-1 of author, the relationship among basic protection, fault protection and additional protection was described. Through the analysis of grounding system, the understanding of equipment selection, electric shock protection method and auto-tripping source were introduced.
