摘要
在活门有限元计算中,运用ANSYS软件的子模型分析功能,采用子模型方法,对某电站活门阀轴轴肩处进行不同过渡圆角下的子模型分析研究,从而比较清楚地了解了活门阀轴在高应力区域的应力分布情况,真实地反映了实际应力水平,并对计算结果进行分析得出具有参考价值的结论。
On the basis of the function of ANSYS software, the method of sub-model has been used in inlet valve plug analysis. The sub-model at different fillets have been analyzed in higher stress area, it reflect truly practical stress. Finally, the results were analyzed and obtained valuable conclusion.
