摘要
为了保证励磁装置的通讯可靠性,本文基于CAN总线的相关理论和技术特点,提出了一种双冗余容错的CAN网络设计理念,采用双模冗余结构同时运行的设计方案,对总线控制器、驱动器、传输介质进行了全面冗余。设计了基于dsPIC 30F6014的带冗余CAN通道的节点硬件部分。并分别对单通道CAN和双冗余CAN网络拓扑结构进行了可靠性分析。最后,通过试验验证了冗余总线设计方案的可行性和可靠性。
In order to ensure the communication reliability of excitation equipment, this paper presents a dual redundant fault-tolerant CAN network design based on relevant theory and technical characteristics. Using dual redundant architecture idea, the bus controller, driver and transmission media are wholly redundancy. The hardware of redundant CAN communication circuit is designed based on dsPIC 30F6014. Reliability analysis is carried out on the topology of CAN with single circuit and that with dual redundancy. Finally, feasibility and reliability of the redundancy scheme are verified through industry tests.
