摘要
石灰石是平板玻璃生产中的主要原料,其粒度对玻璃熔化质量存在明显的影响。本文通过熔制、澄清等实验研究含不同颗粒度石灰石的配合料的熔制过程,从中找出优化的石灰石粒度范围,并从理论上加以探讨。较粗的石灰石颗粒有利于玻璃熔制,但8 目筛上颗粒的存在会产生不利的影响;120 目筛下的石灰石颗粒的存在不利于玻璃的澄清。
Limeston is one of major raw materials in flat glass production.The particle size has great influence on the quality of fusion.Melting,refining experiments were used to study the influence of limestone particle size on fusion process.Optimized results were obtained.Coarser limestone has good influence on glass melting.But coarse particles plus 8 meshes are not good for glsass melting and refining.The lower limit of limestone size should be larger than minus 120 meshes.
