摘要
为了栽培出高质量和高产量的火鹤盆栽产品,通过对不同基质配比、营养液配方、温度、湿度以及光照强度对火鹤生长发育的影响研究,分析了不同处理间的差异性,并对结果进行了方差分析与多重比较。结果表明:火鹤幼苗生长阶段最适宜的混合基质配比为:泥炭+珍珠岩+椰糠+牛粪(2:2:1:1);最优的营养液配方为:矾肥水+0.2%磷酸二氢钾+0.2%尿素+0.02%硫酸锌;最佳环境条件是:温度25℃;湿度75%;光照强度20000lx。
For high-quality and high yield,this experiment with different substrate composition,nutrient solution,temperature,humidity and light intensity on growth and development of Anthuriuma ndreanum.The variation trends during treatment were analyzed,and in each treatment were compared with analysis of variance(ANOVA)and multiple comparison test.The results showed that the most appropriate substrate composition was peat+perlite+coco peat+cow dung(2:2:1:1);nutrient nutrition was alum potassium dihydrogen phosphate fertilizer+0.2% KH2PO4+0.2% CO(NH2)2 +0.02%ZnSO4;the best environment conditions were temperature 25℃,humidity 75%,light intensity 20 000lx.
