中国荷斯坦牛BOLA-DRB上游近端调控区序列分析

Nucleotide Sequence of the Upstream Regulatory Region of BoLA-DRB in Chinese Holstein

摘要 通过PCR扩增及DNA序列测定,得到了中国荷斯坦牛BOLA-DRB基因的5'上游近端调控区(URR)序列。比较发现,与人、马以及羊的MHC-DRB基因的5'URR类似,牛MHC-DRB基因5'URR区同样存在与基因表达调控有关的高度保守的W、X、Y、CCAAT及类TATA调控元件,调控元件的组织结构也相同。 The DNA sequence of the proximal upstream regulatory region（URR） of the Cattle MHC DRB（BoLA-DRB） genes was amplified using PCR,alignment of the sequence with those of HLA-DRB（GQ345101,X64436,X86151） ,ELA-DRB（AF344426） and Ovar-DRB（AF344426） showed that：from 5＇to 3＇,it has highly conserve sequence motifs include：W,X,Y,CCAAT and TATA-like regulatory elements,the organization of them was the same too.
