摘要
甘肃疏勒河灌区水资源优化决策支持系统通过对流域水资源特征、灌区需水量、水库调蓄功能以及生产力结构布局等矛盾的分析,建立了可持续发展水资源优化配置模型和多目标的目标函数、分解协调模型,可在不增减供、需水量的前提下提高水资源的配置效率,实现了节水、增产、保护生态的综合效益。
Based on the analysis made on the contradiction among the characteristics of water resources, water demands in irrigation area, functions of reservoir storage and regulation and the structural composition of productivity, etc. , the model for optimized allocation of water resources for sustainable development, multi-objective function and decomposition-coordination model are established for the optimized decision-making support system of water resources for Shulehe River Basin in Gansu Province; which can enhance the efficiency of water resources allocation under the premise without increase and decrease of both the water supply and demand, and then the comprehensive benefit of water-saving, production enhancement and eco-protection is realized.
