摘要
以阿海水电站拌和及制冷系统工程为例,将一次风冷料仓传统设计与优化设计进行比较分析,并对前后两种设计进行了骨料预冷实测数据统计分析。生产实践表明,一次风冷料仓优化设计后不但能降低施工成本,加快施工进度,而且能达到节能降耗的目的,将为类似拌和及制冷系统工程一次风冷料仓提供设计参考,并具有广阔的推广实用价值。
Based on the actual case of the mixing and cooling system for the construction of Ahai Hydropower Station, a comparison is made between the traditional design and optimized design for the primary air-cooling storage silo, and then a statistical analysis is made on the measured data of the pre-cooling of the aggregate for both the designs. The construction practice shows that the optimized design of the primary air-cooling can not only lower the construction cost and speed up the construction process, but can also get the target of energy saving and consumption reduction ; which can provide a reference for the similar project with a broad prospect of popularization as well.
