摘要
本文以流域DEM、土地利用、圩区空间分布和堤顶高程及河网外多边形分布为数据基础,按照未受保护区低洼地和保护标准较低的圩区先受淹、保护标准较高的圩区后受淹的原则,建立了各河网外多边形的水位与蓄水量关系,通过与河网模型及水文产汇流模型耦合,可以更合理地反映主干河网洪水出槽、圩区内涝或两者皆存在的情形下洪涝水量的空间分布。该方法可用于建立大尺度水力学模型的淹没分析模块,为太湖流域未来洪水预见提供重要的数据支持。
This paper builds the relation between water stage and volume for each simulated cell according to the principle that floods will inundate low-lying area and polder area with lower protection standard firstly, and inundate polder area with higher protection standard later. Using this relation, the simulated spatial distribution of water for flood from river network, waterlogging in polder areas or both of these two situations is more reasonable. This analysis method can be used to develop the inundation analysis module for broad scale hydraulic model to provide inundation data for future flood analysis in Taihu Basin.
