Based on the foundation engineering construction of a multi-storied building in Ningde City,in the paper the author expatiated on the mechanism and the applied effect of the post-injection technique.The post-injection technique is that using pre-embedded pipes and strengthening the pile-tip concrete by post-injection it can improve the bearing load of single piles and decrease the subsidence values.
