科学发展观既继承了传统发展观中的积极因素又是对传统发展观的超越。文章基于科学发展观与传统发展观比较的视角,从传统发展观产生的表层原因、深刻根源及对传统发展观的超越三个层面寻求对科学发展观的一种新的理解。

Scientific concept of development not only inherits the positive factors in traditional concept of development,but also surpasses it.This article,based on the comparison between the scientific concept and traditional concept of development,seeks to a new understanding about scientific concept development from three aspects,namely,the traditional concept＇s apparent cause,deep roots and the surpassing of scientific concept development.
